What do you do when you finally find the nice pair of shoes that you lost and have been looking for... but when you find them, you find them on someone's feet?
BummER! Something similar happened here. Our neighbor Ted "lost" his bike out of his garage. He later saw someone riding it around town. Now that particular someone may have paid good borrowed money for it...errrr! ;(
